The European Parliament Eurobarometer published at the end of August (EB/EP 77.4) stresses the feelings of the European citizens "Two years to go to the 2014 European elections". Unfortunately, no question is asked about "Super-Maastricht", the new Budgetary Treaty, neither on the opportunity to organize a referendum on its ratification, while according to a recent poll published in France, 72% of the people of this founding country would have liked to be consulted directly.
